While RoomHive takes steps to prioritize verified and accredited listings (e.g., NSFAS or University accredited), we cannot guarantee that listings are 100% accurate, complete, or currently available. Property owners may change availability or pricing without notice to us.

We are dedicated to fighting housing fraud. Because our alerts lead to third-party interactions, it is crucial that you understand how to spot a scammer.
